Biography and Background
Sally Kettlestone was born in the village of Great Wickham. Rural life, childhood memories and the misremembered, inform her artistic practice. Kettlestone studied at Colchester School of Art and received a BA in Fine Art from Chelsea School of Art. She has worked in a variety of mediums including: animatronics, embroidery, mixed media, photography and wax. Critically acclaimed, Kettlestone’s exhibitions involve group and solo presentations in: Europe, Japan, New Zealand and Great Britain. Her work is also held in public and private collections.
